CP330: printing and bayyery problem

Bought a CP 330 fr a CS member on Wednesday, and only had the chance to try it out this morning.

Disappointed to discover that there is a scatch line all along one side of the prints about 3-4mm from one side. Happened on all 6 prints tried so far on borderless mode using 4x6 poscard.

The battery also do not seemed to work after charging it, tried to recharge but lights goes off after a few seconds, so I assumed its fully charged, or battery is dead.

Anyone could offer any input?

Will try to send in for servicing but do not have receipt, have tried contacting seller, and waiting for her response.

BTW...price paid could have bought me a new one from Harvey Norman....which is selling at 199...did not realised that until I have bought it.
