Default MO3: FalconEye Flash Brackets - $50ea

[size="1"]The Falcon Eye Flash Bracket[size]

I will be conducting a new MO for the above flash brackets. Call all fellow CSers who wish to purchase this bracket at the bulk MO purchase price of SG$50 each.

For previous successful sales and MO of this brackets, you may refer to:
http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=120127

http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=116829

Flash bracket plays an important role in flash photography, especially for events, fashion, outdoor portraiture, etc. It allows the photographer to keep the flash on the top down position, be the camera in the landscape or vertical portraiture position. See picture:

A similar function flash bracket, is sold widely for a street price of $140 at CP. Thus for a flash bracket of the same built, functions and material used, and only cost a thirdth of the price, this bracket is thus very worthwhile. On top of that, for those who may be interested to know, the street price for this bracket is ard US$55 including shipping.

Those interested, may reserve with your nick and contact no. on this thread. I'll PM you the payment instructions. Will only proceed to order if there are 10pcs, as this is the minimum qty I need to secure at $50 price including shipping to SG. However if at end of the day, if the qty required not met, I shall advise those on the list of the new price again.

This MO will be closed on the 10th Nov 2005 where I will place orders with Falcon Eyes. And will keep this thread posted on the collection date when the stock arrives. Alternatively, if you have any enquiries on this flash bracket, you may contact me 96456423.

No worries about the 10pcs thingy... I got other means to add up the 10pcs.

Reasons why I put up as 10pcs is because for the easy packing, shipping & ordering purposes, through past experience, the smallest packing boxes comes in slightly more than 10pcs abt 11pcs if squeeze a little... thus I asked for 10pcs to go ahead.

For info, I've already got orders of 10pcs + other falcon stuff ordered else where, thus it is confirmed that the price will be flat at $50ea.

You need to get a remote flash trigger cable. That will depends on which dslr/slr camera you're using.

For Nikon users, you can get the SC17, SC28 or SC29 cable.

just curious,

does the flash arm allow users to unscrew the flash hotshoe CLAMP and attach the SC17/28 cable via a SCREW?

Cos I believe the SC17/28 attaches via a screwthread below and not a standard hotshoe.

if the camera is in portrait mode like shown in the picture.... the flash doesn't need to be tilted too does it?

basically i'm enquiring if the bracket allows the flash to be in its normal firing mode upright rather than rotated 90 degrees?

thanx

Nope... afraid not. The only flash bracket that can do that is the Newton brackets. Cheapest Newton brackets cost ard US$125.

I too was setback by the price when I first come across it.

Thanks espn...

Yes I do have those screws adaptors. It is a little plate-like the regular tripod screw for you to screw under the SC cables. The clamp then clamp onto this plate adaptor.
