    Life is never fair, its only in the fairy tales.
    U can buy the transport company stocks (shares), then attend the company AGM (annual general meeting), and question the board of directors why they make it so difficult for customer to claim.

    maybe if you buy lots of company stock, you would want them to make it difficult for customer to claim

    the appropriate platform/s to bring up such feedback is/are not the buses' or mass rapid cos' agms. the distinction between tpt cos. and transitlink should be made clear.

    it would appear quite silly to question the board about such matters when one is going there as a shareholder, right? clash of interest?

    But then again, if I can afford to buy that many stock, I wun be taking public transport liao lor.

    well, there are many people out there who owns these stocks and still take public transport. do you know the market value of these stocks eg. smrt, comfortdelgro, etc.
