    Hrm,

Kenko released some 8x teleconverters for DC recently, but apparently they only think of the 28mm and 37mm thread DC.

    Wonder if it's any good.

    NEW Kenko KUT-832 Telephoto lens

    Darn....!

Falcon - u call 5 different cameras not many????? sure or not.

for me - G2 or 602 - already very very big headache liao

initially it was 5700 - then i read that its kinda heavy and I dun have very big hands - so that's out

yesterday my husband's niece borrowed E10 back from her school - too big for my hand as well and i find that the images take quite awhile to write - out liao

sony's 717 & the minolta dimage - ex lah but the dimage has wide angle at 28 mm which is an advantage lah.

sigh - instead of doing my work - i spend my time agonising hehe

I thought 602 heavier and bulkier than nikon 5700. Wouldn't that rule out 602z as well. That leaves u only with only G2. That was my first digicam and the I can safely tell u that the pic quality is really good. Highly recommended if u dun mind the zoom. Did I just solve your problem. Ops.... I better run. Wolfgang is going to kill me if he sees this.

    LOL@Falcon

if (if lah huh) i do choose the 602 - the only thing that might make me change my mind in the shop is if the grip is way too big for me. If it feels like the E10 - then its G2/3 liao.

so why did u sell ur G1 away and not upgrade to the G2?

Do u mean g2 and upgrade to g3? I used to own g2 and not g1. Anyway, I find that the 3x optical zoom is too limiting. Also that was my first digicam, so got very little experiene. Only learnt to appreciate its excellent image quality after selling it.

    togu,

I dun like the E10 becos it feels too chunky in my hands. I only hope the grip for the 602 is not as big as the E10.

    Falcon

oops sorry got it wrong - but surely u could use the teleconverter for the g2 right?

my husband thinks i should just buy the 602

After using the teleconvertor, also not enough. 602 is very good camera too. THe most important thing is that you are comfortable with it. Rem to give me your feedback once u get it. Will be waiting for your review.

Heh, how abou I should try to stack up the Olympus 3x and 1.45x Teleconverter, that'll give me a near 600mm zoom.
