Whiskered Treeswift

Got this little fellow (Hemiprocne comata) high up the tree tops at Subic rainforest last weekend. Both were taken with the 350D + Sigmonster (Sigma 300-800 DG) at 800 mm, f/11, manual exposure .

1/250 sec, ISO 200

1/800 sec, ISO 400

amazing that the little guy's so high up but the lighting was at the correct angle instead of being backlit!
