    Vague statement.

Are you looking for a digital compact (ie non DSLR) or a film camera?
My reading is you're looking for a compact digital camera!

You may want to consider Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II with fully articulated screen? Is articulated screen something you required?

Opps. Noob me thought it match....

I thought fully articulated screen is similar to a tilt-able screen.

    1) camera (non-DSLR)
    2) tilt-able LCD screen
    3) no shutter lag
    4) good image quality
    5) mainly used for street photography
