    I ask those ninjas stand in front loh. No place to hide. No hew I go loud but with a smile. Sure to remember me. But what the heck, if I don't get the picture who get the s**t from the cilent.

    ok, that only happens in BMT haha!

    as a professional, the best you can do is be firm and decisive. if you take too long to specifically position those ninjas again, and again,..think about the rest of the group. it's not too good to let people wait too long. they might get uncomfortable,impatient and what-have-yous. better to just sacrifice those 1 or 2 ninjas.

    when the clients question you, just say "i have done my best, i have no regrets"
