Same here, using the TCon17 and the WCon08 with the plastic tube. When shooting, support the camera with 1 hand the the TCon with the other!

Hi FZ5owner,
Can show us the pics of the modified adaptor? It would be great if you can put up a simple "how-to" on your experience too!

can FZ 5 use the TCON 17C? The alphabet "C" makes me wonder if it is still the TCON 17 u guys are talking about... Last edited by commander; 20th October 2005 at 10:55 AM. |

original adaptor, sand off 1mm so the filters, Wcon & Tcon can fit better. ![]() after sawing off the mounting thread. ![]() both adaptor side by side. noted the modify adaptor mounted with Raynox adaptor RT5264P. the total cost to modify is abt SGD60 for both the Panasonis & Raynox adaptor. the rest is ur skill & time. Cheers, Last edited by FZ5owner; 22nd October 2005 at 12:46 PM. |

FZ5owner,
can the hood still fit into the adapter after sanding off the edge for 1mm??just that i feel like a bit wasted if the hood can no longer fit just because of the 1mm edge... |
