    talk about piggy.. met my frens last Sat.. they called me piggycat

    lets diet together !!
    always do cardio exercise.. running, swimming, etc. not vigorous ones.. start slow
    adopt low carbo diet.. skip those rice, bread, potatoes (my fav.. )

    start from today..

    Yah! Must start slowly 1st. I got soft spot specially for chocolate n ice cream. I got soft spot for fatty n healthy food. Let hav a healthy diet n healthy living togeher fr today onwards.

    Order more veg instead loh! 2 veg n 1 flour kind loh. Sometime, I order 3 veg. But usually when I am on diet, I follow strictly, I only drink fish soup or seafood soup or any less oily soup w/o rice.
