New E-XX... what would u want?

Given that the new e-3 would probrably be too expensive for most of us.... what would u like to see in thier e-xx mid-range (20dish) camera which most of us are likely to move up to from the e-300?

here's my wishlist(In order of priority)....
1) External WB sensor - Like the e-1! the e-300's is a little hit n miss sometimes...
2) Better noise control - But not too much and at the expense of detail/sharpness and color

- BUILT-IN VERTIAL GRIP
- GRID TYPE VIEW FINDER as STANDARD

All of the above request plus a price range that is not too expensive.

ultra bright viewfinder.
more customisable buttons for quick access.
elevated soft touch shutter button.
silent mirror slap/shutter.
on/off noise control with varies degree of noise reduction.
faster/more buffer.
same unique design like e-300 - goes easier for left eye focusing without closing the other.
