Default Tree? Leaf? Hoppers

Today only manage a few shots as it started raining soon after.

I have seen these white fluffy things before, but always thought they were some left over stuff from some insects.....but when it started moving, and upon close inspection, they were insects! Than I remembered Melvyn's shots a few weeks back, and I think these were the same type of hoppers!

Well, I also saw a baby tree hopper too on the opposite leaf...onlyknew it was only after post processing. Can see the wings are still not mature yet.

Appreciate any comments!

The white hopper looks like it is infested with some form of parasite. Or I may be wrong, ie a rare species?

What is the other reddish insect on the other branch at left?

Thanks Mel! Your hopper that you took had a nicer bushy tail though....I think it is better groomed

Its not a parasite....I think it is just its characteristic.....but not sure what kind of hopper is that.

The reddish one is a juvenile leaf hopper. The wings are not developed yet as you can see.
