a simple test done with help of kk, showing the difference in wideness of 7-14 and 11-22 lenses. use the trees as place holders to see the wideness. Shot against the sun, tats why the sky is over exposed

the 7-14mm f4 ZOOM somehow does'nt seem so expensive now...

actually i think for most people, the 11-22mm is good enuf. its has all the Zuiko's qualities & is about S$1100. very good deal i must say so myself.

i took off where kktan left off. hope u guys can see the power of this "mini-wide" zoom lens. i love it very much, now if only i can "convince" kktan that its a real piece of junk & have him sell it to me for half the price...

I think 11-22mm f2.8-3.5 (22-44mm) is a very versatile super wide lens. It's fast, it's wide enough for most situation.

The 7-14mm is ultra wide - a special purpose lens.
