    Not really...but close to tat..called it kick-boxin coz the mentor's a eurasian...alot from SG muay thai assoc came to join us...
    But i stopped for quite some time...at times practise abit nia..
    But i do admire karate...can break bricks rite ? Eh seems painful lehz !

    Anyway i trained in kyokushin karate which is a full contact style. Many of the early karatekas cross-trained in Muay Thai and have competition with them.

    I tried with them when I was around 12-14 that age

    got a blue/black tip belt

    full contact... not like the other kuniang klans HAHAHAH!!

    Okay...i'llbe waiting...
    Btw my kick-boxing did hav sparrings too...hahaha...cause there's no protective gear other than handwrap...we usually do not use full force...we do mix in a bit of grappling techniques...

    Yup...abt the same, no protective gear...but we have no handwrap.... and no grappling (fight clean)

    Ya i know tat Karate is about sportsmanship...
    Wherea we learn Kick-boxing, grappling n hapkido so it's kinda like some self-defence stuff in street fights...
    We're also taught lots of dirty fights for survival....so not really honourable fights...
