Please take it the right way here..... but the colours are all wrong. This is the most fundamental point. Even if you want to err....err towards the side of a warm tone....as that would be more forgiving.

I do believe you are either purposely or unintentionally underexposing, and when you level it the saturation goes way up. I know a lot of people would recommend underexposing "for insurance", but shoot more and you will understand more, 1 shot 1 kill for exposure is not unachievable, at least for say 80% of all shots. This also trains you up. For my way of shooting, i look at blinking highlights.

If in doubt, use auto WB. Most cams are decent enough. If you are just shooting for fun, trying to learn and have lots and lots and lots of disposable time, shoot RAW.

But no matter what, i am sure you had a nice time. It's always a rush when you are shooting something new, yeah?

Colors doesn't seem to be cross-processed. Looks more like desaturated.

If you really intend to do so, make it like the fashion style.....all way......

i think u use digital cross-processing. if so, it's too little...and since it's too little, might as well you go back to the normal colours.

that's my opinion.

Use C41 chemical to process color reversal film, or E6 chemical to process color negative.

Both are called cross processing, but only the 1st method is able to get more desirable effect.

Your dinner shots don’t show much about the ambient, either speed too high or ISO too low, doesn’t show the grandest of the Mandarin Hotel ballroom.

And the skin tone looks bad.
