Eastgear: Great Service

Had some problem with my Compact Drive, but lost receipt for the item bought earlier in the year. Anyway I approached the sale person yesterday to enquire if they would service it, not only were they willing to look into the problem, but was offered to reformatt the drive with new firmware and to replace the cover which hinge was broken.

Yup. Great Service by Eastgear!

Got my hinge cover changed at Eastgear for the COmpact Drive. No questions asked.
