Newbie to photoshop... how does ICC works? i understand that diff labs hv diff ICC profiles, isit rite? how do we make sure what we see on the screen will wat that is printed?
also, how is calibration taken place? n how to "install" ICC? thkz |

Probably you are wondering why no one reply to your questions. Though the questions are short, the answers can be compiled into a book. For a start, may be you can borrow the book "Real World Photoshop" from library and read on the colour management part. Hope it is a good start for you ![]() |

If you stay near to Bukit Batok ....
Maybe can go to this website and copy the ICC profile and install into your windows ... http://www.drycreekphoto.com/Frontie...rofiles.htm#SG It is not a MUST to have .... but is quite COOL to have, cos you can actually 'preview' how your color print on Miao Lann CC monitor will look like ... =) I think Mian Lann CC and Kim Tian CC are 2 of the only color labs in singapore so far have such color profiles provided onlines Check it out .... |
