I've bought a 33in1 card reader for $17 at SLS, it's super fast USB 2.0 hi-speed. I think it takes less than 4 min to download 1GB of data.

The macro is just average, I mean the closest distance, but the detail recorded is very good.

Here is 100% zoom crop:

Hi,

Also bought a F11.

Tried the higher ISO settings, but found that with the higher ISO without flash, I still
get the warning that I might suffer handshake and the picture will not be as sharp.

I am using aperture priority with F5.0

Any comment on that?

maybe 1/40 is too sensitive for iso 1600, slight movement may cause HS/blur.

For guys interested in F11...

I got an equote from MS color, they bundling 1GB XD card, leather case, cleaning kit, screen protector and mini tripod all for 699, gst included.

"price: $699(inc,gst) bundle with 1 G Xd card,leather case, cleaning kit,lcd protector,mini tripod."

Sound like the bundle for the F10 last time... same price...

Now that F11 is out, anyone wants to sell their F10?
If yes, drop me a mail at mj2000@singnet.com.sg with the details. Thanks.

i have a question, esp to those who own the cam.

i used the fuji f700 in the past and was put off by the in-camera sharpening and over-saturated colours. am wonderin' if it's the case for the f11? or has fuji improved things already? are the colours and skin tones natural?

also, got a quote of 595 from alan photo, with 256mb card.

No more sharpening halo and over saturated color (standard color, not chrome) The chrome color is useless for me, it is too saturated, but the standard one produce good color. I usually post process all my pics, but the output of F11, for me, it is good enough, needs no / very little post processing. Auto white balance very good, skin tone is natural.

File size is about 3Mb per pic (max res).

Hi all,

just got an equote from MSColor. It is selling at $599(w/gst) and comes with a 256 card and a leather case. Would like to check with those who got the leather case is it those big big type or body-hugging type?

Me trying to get the case to be as small as possible.

Thanks!
