EOI for Camouflage Gaffer Tapes

Hi all,

I have decided to start a expression of interest thread from evenstar's thread. Seems like a couple of CSers have been looking around for camo gaffer tapes including myself. I last bought a roll 1 year ago from US when i stumbled upon it.

Surprised that Singapore did not have any when I went around enquiring as my current roll is running out.

Anyway, I have been requested to check if the camo gaffer tapes at B&H are of conventional non-glossy type (cloth) or glossy type (pvc). I will send a email to B&H to check again.

Alas, some prices for 10 - 12 ppl and above,

1. Forest Green 2" x 20 yards SGD$43.20

3. Forest Green 3" x 10 yards SGD$30.51
4. Desert 3" x 10 yards SGD$30.51

Thanks! However, this is just a EOI to see how much interest there is

so I can give a rough estimate to B&H on how much we are looking at.

My Question:

Hi,

Its cloth, B&H does not sell inferior tape, we are aware of the problems of the cheap tapes.

B&H supplies major photo studios & corporations with this gaffer tape.

There isn't a minimum quantity however I am trying to find out the interest level so I can better make a deal with B&H for better pricing.

Hi Peter,

I will send payment details to all interested parties probably end of this week or early next week when I close the first order. Please note that you do have to pay me upfront first as I do not want to be stuck with the tapes should you change your mind halfway.

You can choose to perform a bank transfer to my account or meet up with me personally and I can provide you with a copy of my details should you be worried that I should run away.

I will inform all through SMS or email when the shipment has arrived. Tentatively, collection will be at Raffles Place/ City Hall areas around 6:30pm.

Have you enquired at Identi-Tape (http://www.identi-tape.com/camo.htm) ? Their prices look reasonable, and there are more varieties. Shipping to Singapore is <US$25 for quantity of about 10.
