Film strip border

I am looking for filmstrip border. How to do 35mm film strip border? Is there a plugin or templates where I can use for free?
I am using cs ps.

just google for a film strip image. copy paste your photo into the film strip.

Click on "Downloads" under the Contents and you will see Film Frames.

After downloading the file just open the file like you would normally open a picture file in Photoshop.
