Hi all,
As above topic.. anyone knows where I can get one of the above? I've tried Funan today and got no luck.. ![]() I own a Nixvue Da Lite and it only accepts CF card.. however I've purchased an ixus 30 last year which uses SD card so I wld need the adapter instead of buying another PSD just for the SD card purpose.. Am leaving SG this coming friday so wld need the adapter pretty urgently.. sigh.. TIA for any help rendered.. |

You can get the imagetank SD/MMC/MS pro to CF adapter for your nixvue from Eastgear and Chamoxa at Sim Lim Square.
http://www.image-tank.com/englisch/e_adapter.html Alternatively, there is a generic brand CF adapter sold at Sim Lim square. http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthrea...+to+cf+adapter I would suggest that you bring the PSD to try it out with the adapter. HTH. |

I'm not sure about SD as I did not try it at that time.
However, I've tried the Imagetank and Archos adapter for the Nixvue, NextoCF and Epson P2000 with a 1 GB MS pro and it was able to transfer without any problem, I've the same good result with the generic SD to CF adapter. You should try out the adapter with your PSD as some brands of the adapter is not compatible. BTW, IIRC the imagetank price is $40. HTH. |

No worries bro.
You can get the Archos 5 in 1 adapter from memory world at Sim Lim Square and Funan, IIRC $60. Good luck with the hunting and keep us posted when you have bought it. ![]() |

Hi,
Just some update.. Went to SLS after work earlier.. cldn't locate that USB cable shop on 6th floor as I was coming up from the escalator.. later discovered that the shop is just right in front of the lifts.. lol Anyway I ventured into the backyard shops.. came across this shop that was displaying the adapter in the showcase.. immediately went in to enquire.. the guy who attended to me is a very nice and helpful guy.. however he cannot confirm whether the adapter can support 1gb SD card. As I do not have my 1gb SD card with me (its with my friend in bangladesh now ) I tested the adapter with my Nixvue Da Lite with a Kingston 128mb.. it worked and since the price he quoted me is $35.. I decided to take the gamble and bought it.I think that shop is a distributor of the adapter + vosonic PSD.. and oh I can even register the warranty for the adapter online.. http://www.it-image.com The shop unit no. is #06-47 .. Many thanks to xtemujin for the great help! ![]() |

No worries bro.
I believe that the adapter will be good to go with a 1 GB SD card. HTH. |

If you mean SD to CF adapter (type 1), think Eastgear has one. If it's CF to SD, not sure.... |
