Default Used Sony W5

Hi ppl,

Is paying for a used W5 at $350 with warranty til next August a good buy? Comes with standard accessories and 256 mem stick. New ones goin for about $480

If Aug 2006 then grab, otherwise fork out another $130 and get a new one with full 12 month warranty.

Wow! Seems like a desperate seller. If I have not gotten mine, I would have bought it from him. Make sure you check the conditions. I thought the guarantee is online registration? And do not forget the free Sony case and 2 free batteries which is in the standard package.
Wonder what's the reason for selling since it is quite a good camera......

It is quite normal to sell 2nd hand goods at less than 80% price of new goods.
Not a very big deal in this case.
