    it is possible, I tried the "reverse" at a science fair before. Super Cooled liquid that does not freeze until you shake it. The liquid is contained in a plastic bottle, not unlike those used by Evian, and it immediately crystalizes when you give it a few shakes, the consistancy of the ice is that of "ice kachang". Same concept.
