    Came across the above posting on FB. The person posting it is upset at the way his luggage was handled. But I thought the level of violence was pretty much within bounds. What do you think?

    The guy has no idea what he is talking about. Air asia staff are not the ones responsible. It is the Kuching airport ground staff he should be complaining about. He has not seen worse. These people should just not sit at the window seat...

    With all the thousands pf pieces of luggage pr day even at small airports, does the poster expects hand carrying with white gloves?
    Looks pretty standard to me, nothing that surprises me. I pack my stuff with such a level of handling in mind.

    If you care about your things don't fly AirAsia.

    Fly British Airways, Qantas, Air France etc.

    these airline doesn't guarantee anything as well... it is the ground crew of the airport you're flying from and landing...

    This explain why after one trip to Japan my brand new luggage become karang guni grade.
