In fact, due to this problem I am rather surprised to discover that the body is made with PC that "flexes" so easily. I doubt that its PC, it could be some ABS/PC "alloy plastic". |

what rear casing are you guys talking about? I have been pressing mine and it does not give at all and nothing seem loose or flexing. It is pretty darn solid.

AH.,..I think you mean it has a bit of a hollow feel to it when you apply pressure. Nope...I can't push down mine or maybe I am not using monster strength to press down on it. Bought mine in July'04. |

Mines got a creaking sound when I depress the delete button. But it didn't affect its performance in any way.

Just treat it as a free-play, you know those engineered parts that allow expansion due to heat. |

Hi there,
With regards to the picture pasted above, anyone has an idea what the small rubbery button (with nipple like protrusion hehe) just on the top right hand corner besides the CF card door....I dont seem to see it being described in the manual..does it serve any function. Because when i rest my thumb there, i tend to press on that area. ahha and hmmmmmm... Thanks, tltan |
