Is there any protection for the LCD screen? Other than the scratch proof type? Of course, I do take care of the camera, like I do with every camera I have. But you never know, accident do happen.

btw, u can wait for the next round of espn's DA protector. IIRC, there shld be one for D50. go check it out in consumer sub-thread. ![]()

In the FM days, I remember people use a torchlight to shine at the LCD for display. |

Actually, which LCD are you guys mentioned? 2" Colour LCD on the back, or the Black and White LCD on the top?
For the 2" Colour LCD, I think you can use BM-5 plastic LCD Protector, which is given free on D70s Body (and D70s Kit). Check you D50's manual for accessory. I think you can't use BM-4, since BM-4 is for D70, which is 1.8" Colour LCD. For the Black and White LCD on the top, I put LCD protector for PalmPilot. Of course, cut it first to the size of LCD, and put it nice on the LCD. Scratch proof. Regards, Arto |

Had email 'da Product 1 mth ago and was told that the D50 protector still making..
