Default UW Portraits - 2nd - my take

instead of doing all upwards shots, i tried to do more level shots this time round, to give the models more posture experiments

have strobe, if not worse than this

besides from using the excuse of using this strobe o nly third time, not good with strobe placement, siaoon and i made a miscalculation as we shared the setup without calculating the number of shots the strobe can tahan, so by halfway through strobe battery went flat

hopefully if got third try, it will be even better, especially with strobe placement. first time i was all the time too far from the models. second time i try to get closer, so better results.

lets see airforce's when he developed and scanned.. this time he use dual strobes and some portrait lens shots, sure much better, hoho..

Mine not so good leh. I feel bad for Yun. I expose the 1st roll argh lose 10 shots that was the good exposure. The portraits pose somehow I used no stobes and all underexpose. Elise and Hp photos look good. Most of the shots underexpose, I forgot to compensate the exposure. Let's do it the third time.

Your photos look interesting with new angle. well done.

ai ya.. wasted the first roll?

the tile thing got a little bit too gnawing on the mind, so i decided to heck care about the tiles and request the models to do other types of posing, instead of only shooting upwards... i hope i can managed to do up the backdrop like i told you, for the next shoot

NTU is very kind to allow us to use the pool again, but at a charge this time. will let you guys know again the rate for the next shoot, after taking in all the additional costs...

This is NTU 5oth Anniversary, my office is finding ways to raise funds for the Endowment Fund. The fund raise will go a long way to help NTU students. Every dollar you contribute, The SG will match. it.

We are not so particular about having you pay for for every session that you use. Some sessions can be nominal charges like now.

NTU concern is that if it does affect our programmes and it is not causing inconvenience, we are happy to support the sessions.
