Does anyone know here how to do picture in text?

im not too sure what you mean..
is it something like this what you want?

Its a layer clipping mask.

Geez, that's cool! Don't mind to elaborate further on the layer clipping mask?

mm... lets make it simple..

1. Type in a text.. a big big one.
2. Copy and paste an image, put it on a layer above the text layer.
3. Make sure the image layer is selected, then Go to Layer -> Create Clipping Mask (Ctrl+G)

and then you can move, rotate, scale, etc both Text and the Image layers.
