    Yes! Scam, forward the email plus the full headers to: spoof@ebay.com

    (can do the same for paypal to: spoof@paypal.com)........

    Typically, eBay emails (and Paypal) starts with dear.....(your name).......

    And now they also send a copy of the email to your eBay account page.......
