For those who haven't seen it, here's an "evaluation" of the Tamron SP 11-18mm F4.5-5.6 Di II LD rumoured to be the same lens as the KM.

http://www.luminous-landscape.com/re...011-18mm.shtml

A quick google shows the Tamron street price (~US$550) about US$100 less than the KM 11-18mm (~US$650, not that there's much stock yet). If they're similar in build and features, maybe get the Tamron and save some $$$ .

i think i'll be getting one of these super wide angle lens...

Any suggestions if i should get

1) Tamron 11-18
2) KM 11-18
3) Sigma 12-24

Help me make my decision!

Prices aside, I'd probably go for the Sigma 12-24 only because it can be used for FF SLRs as well. Be warned that the front lens element sticks out so it cannot take a front filter and you must take greater care when using it .
