6th Koiya Matsuri @ Osaka Castle
Koiya Matsuri: Koiya meaning "Come" or "Join in" in the Osaka dialect. Not as famous as the Tenjin Matsuri but this happening event still draw performing teams from as far as Hokkaido. This year more than 100 teams participated. A point to note is the performers and organizers are mostly students or office workers who do not profit from this event and pay for their own expenses.

Difficult low light condition but you control very well...I hardly see a blur image
Motion blur to be precise...can share how you do that?

Thanks for the comments.
Cant remember the details already as I was switching my settings all the time to adjust to the lightings. YOu will have to check the exif data. Some were underexposed pretty badly too, managed to rescue them with PS.
