He can.. i talked to him and he told me that it's a simple process to make the thing, but to install it requires you to open up your camera (using a industrial type screwdriver or something, I couldn't quite catch it.) The tool is not widely available, and it invalidates your warranty. I did talk to him about if i were to bring it to japan if he'll do it for me, he mention he'll consider.
Yupz so as it goes, no go. |

in order for ur filter to sit nice & tight into your adaptor modification is to saw off abt 1cm of the front of the lens adaptor adding another lens adpator Raynox RT5264T to it will try to post pic of it tonite again for ur viewing cheers, |

left : sanded adaptor right : modify with Raynox adaptor hv not tried, so cannot tell if there are any improvement cheers, |

ermz.. eh.. err...
switch off auto white balance, use manual WB.. Mount on tripod switch off half press focus => use the focus button to focus once. use aperture mode, half press, take the meter reading, then go to manual mode and set the aperture AND the shutter.. (actually manual mode can also meter, but let's fix the aperture) eh.. try take photos of aperture from 2.8 to 8.0... rem to switch between aperture mode and manual mode to meter. each set (of 2 diff adaptors) only meter once. Try take a photo of a white wall or a white piece of A4 paper.. then can see if got any vignetting.. |

hmmm the lens still able to zoom till 12x?
fz5owner bro the only one that modified eh? for me i feel maybe after modification, i wouldnt see the flash shadow at the bottom of the pic. = /

think i'm the only one modified the adpator...........kekekeke only disavantage after modification, u cannot use the lens hood any more. tats not a bit issue, I never like using the lens hood anyway.......... ![]() |

tested out on a graph paper, no editing done both setting is the same with WCON08 Shuttle Mode 12X ISO80 F8.0 1/1.3 will try to post the rest soon original adaptor modify adaptor pls comments if there are any diff....... |
