But with rapid urbanization and indiscriminate fogging... there are less dragonflies now. Thats what you get when you try to outsmart nature. You see all those forest and swamps we a bulldozing.... well, you can be sure some natural predators are exterminated as well.

believe it or not..http://www.dmacgroup.com/Mosquito.htm Read the first para, first sentence.

I tink the only place that are mozzie free is antartic.

Mozzies does not feed exclusively on human blood. (else, we'd be sucked dry before we can evolve ). Seriously from NGC, it was claimed that in a mozzie plague, they managed to literally suck the life out of a calf.

Lastly, trails need not be specifically 1 individual. All lifeform on earth produces Co2 as waste product. Trails can be from animals and critters too.

How that got there? As long as human explores, they also bring parisites with them too.

    Hi all,
A useful article on the facts and myths of insect repellents and other products that we have used but are actually useless against dengue mosquitoes.......

Hmm... Being feeling damn lethargic, muscles a little sore and down with a flu now. Silly medication making me giddy. No fever... yet.

    I hope its not dengue...

No joke. I got friends who went to Alaska for holiday. During the summer there there are swarms of HUGE mozzies flying around. Ppl see them also run away
