Default Minolta 28-75mm (D) extended usage

Hiee Pals..

Here is just a macro shot to share of a spider. This is to demonstrate the possible extension of the usage of the 28-75mm (D) for macro photography....

Aperture shot was I think f32 - aperture priority with flash. An extension tube was used here...

Nice shot! The spider even has nice catchlights in its eyes! LOL! How was the flash used? Used an external/wireless or on camera flash? Need to -ev for the flash?

I've seen his macro setup. He attach the flash on a amall ballhead and on an extended plate connected with offshoe cable and omnibouce. Not sure if he's changed it for this shot.

Hiee Pals...

This setup, flash is mounted and photo taken in portrait mode and image cropped for size in landscape mode. The attachment mentioned in Drudkh's message above was not used.
Due to the spider's size and the protrait shots, the shadow cast is now anglusr from the left to right....
