Hi EOW,

The settings are 1/80s, F3.5-4.5, ISO 200, M mode and Evaluative metering with flash(SB-800) and kit lens18-70mm on the D100.

Looks like the stage lights are pretty low. Lights mainly from the flash, looks pretty harsh. I was there for the Thai dance at 6pm with good ambient light.

hmmm... noted harsh flash. Should have used a higher ISO and lower flash compensation. ISO400 would have been much better.
