FZ5 Night Shots

First time try out of my FZ5 for stable night shots.
Should I have left the Mega OIS on. Was told if mounted on tripod, the system tend to "hunt" and distort the image.
Appreciate your feedback on how to improve on this...

sorry for the image quality. CS only allows images less than 100K to be loaded.
