i'm interested in FX-8... the shop will be trying to get rid of them as the new FX-9 is out....so i believe it'll be even a better offer for FX-8

I was initially thinking of Fx8 as well, easily $100 cheaper but the LCD screen resolution is double the quality in FX9 compared to FX8.
I think that is very important for a compact camera. that's why I am going on that :P

The best price we can get now is

- $730 w/GST incl. OEM battery, 1 GB card, camera case, cleaning kit, screen protector and perhaps even a air-tight case.
- $645.75 w/GST with 256mb card, screen protector and camera case.

that is for 1, for more should be slightly better

i will be also eager to get that cam after laying my hand on the display set in suntech havey norman.... i feel set 1 with the 1 GB SD card is a good buy but gotta know the quality of it.

But i can only be able to get it after 28th of this month as my pay is only out at the end of the month, will deal be slightly sweeter by then??

got quote from MS color at 530 for fx8.. comes with 256mb sd card n leather case...

heard from someone fx9 is 615.. comes with 256mb sd card, leather case n protective screen...

all price before gst...

This price is before GST, seems that MS color is the cheapest so far, followed by AP. Most of us are keen to upgrade to higher mb though.
