using only awb
yes i'm also surprised the As work so well
Also must gave credit to my old faithful the panasonic fz1 it even trickier to handheld it steady as it lighter i train from it...the heavier body of the Km5d help to enchance the stabilizing

As for the pic
Had run the picsa2 " i'm feeling lucky " equivalent of the Cs photoshop autolevel and some sharpening
apart from sharpening surprised that not much difference from the original...so as to say it as good as straight out from the camera

Do you have any photos taken with Iso 1600 and 3200? How's the noise level?

The night shot is one of the best shots taken so far by 5D kit lens. Very vivid and sharp. Nice processing. Most of the pics I seen are far too soft in my opinion. 7D/5D pics are very good even for slight processing, I think the first night shot in this thread is one of the good example of them..

Thanks for the comment tokrot
after uploading the pic and viewing the picture at desktop...i was thinking....woah the km 5d's colour very good can take such nice night shot

After a extensive shootout at chinatown
can safetly conclude that the km 5d camera had the ability to churn out colourful and vibrant colour

Its the user who uses the camera that ultimately decides the output from the camera...

I think most of them lack PS post-processing skill that's all. No offense. They are enough capable photographers just that not everyone is a PS expert... Btw KM D5D itself is already very capable of bringing vivid colors, just like D7D.

I know....my primary choice was the nikon d50...but the terrific bargain of the km5d is too good to pass up..the additional 70-300mm lens plus the kit lens superspeded the range of my fz1 from 35mm-420mm to 27mm-450mm with the great straight out of the camera pics and usable high iso...plus the ability to handheld at 1/8 sec

never regret the purhcase

come come join us
