So, after seeing the pictures, are you still thinking of visiting Bangkok for a holiday?

Bangkok is a nice place to be at....no traffic lights to wait....big big cup of marinda orange at kfc...incredible driving skills of the taxi drivers....haha
btw i tot photography is not allowed in their shopping malls....saw some other tourists stopped from taking photos by the security... but still...a great place for holiday...come back singapore...can't adapt after the holiday back then...haha ![]() |

Well, if you don't mind the thick smoke you smell from the roads everyday and always get touted for "massage" by tut-tut drivers and sometimes uneven walkway on the Bangkok streets, yes, it is a nice place to be at.
![]() Photo taking inside the buildings not allowed meh? Oops... You know what? I walked in straight from the entrance big doors with 2 security guards looking at me. And guess what? I was handholding my Nikon D70 with mounted flash. Ha ha ha ha. I was not stopped. I guess maybe I was lucky... ![]() Yup, once you have visited different places of Thailand, you wish you were never back to Singapore. The life here is so different. But watch it, it is absolute 180 degrees difference between being a tourist and being an employee in Thailand. Heh heh heh. ![]() |

Good to see you stepping out of the "Studio & Models shoot" to shoot happenings in the street.
Imho, they look good but a tad too "Neat" to show the "Rush and Jam" of this place. A little oversharping too...just my opinion. Thanks for sharing. Last edited by Hosea; 5th September 2005 at 10:48 AM. |

Thai ppl are generally hard-working, dedicated and willing to ask, they always work with a smile, unless they have a family problem (spouse/children/parents/etc) they will discuss with u as if u know them for many years. |

Well, when i was travelling in Bangkok with my friends, the tuktuk driver gave us a ride of a lifetime... he was equally frustrated by the heavy traffic as we do, and guess what he did? Drive up the curb, speed down on the pedestrian pavement and overtake all the vehicles in front!
We were shocked! |

Why you guys complaint so much about traffic leh? I tot it's almost the same for big metro.....e.g. KL, Manila, Jakarta.....even in Tokyo, Shanghai, London and NY
Maybe we so use to the CBD in SG....so we tend to get shock of our live when need to compete for driving lane in other city Anyhow I enjoy your series Zec....bring back a lot of fun memory of my Bankok trip....and Thai massage is da best ![]()
