i m trying to build up my muscle mass.. so i m wondering if any supplement will help...
my excerise routine is more towards gym, swimming and running.
i need to build up for ippt... so any recommendation.
erm....i m around 69kg..and got big bones doh...
i heard there is alot of different stuff out there...like protein powder, mass builder, weight gainner... so i m wondering which one will i need.
