In the end, I actually park at 'The Plaza'. Quite a long walk, about 15min, walking across Nicoll Highway, but better than wasting hours looking for carpark.

    huh? u want to walk?

i walk from city hall MRT via city link...and the "human jam" already started at the exit to Marina Square!!

worse part is going up the bridge that link to suntec, big group of pple just stuck there because the esculator was not working and everyone got to climb up slowly.

to avoid the jam, u can try go inside marina square, then walk thru the basement carpark to Mandarin hotel, and then run across the road (jaywalk!!) to suntec city

but u cant escape from jam because u still need to take esculator up to 4th floor

was there yesterday ard 12.30pm. already can't find parking. shaw towers was also full. ended up parking @ capitol and walking back...

try not to drive. the best is to take mrt and walk. u can avoid the crowds at the bridge if u take the slightly round-about way of walking on the surface inside of going underground. just dat u need to navigate ard the worksite for the new circle line.

i think funan or peninsular parking should be ok, and it's not too far too.

avoid the bridge at balaclava tho... it's bloody packed.
