C700 Noise Problem

I find out that my friend's C700 got a serious Noise and Hot Pixel problem.....Any C700 user has this problem too?

I intend to help him bring his camera for firmware upgrade, but I'm not sure will it help.

Mine too. Brought it to Oly but the improvement is minimal, dunno why. Last time with my ex-c2040z the improvement was by leaps and bounds one.
