How reliable is the flash, roughly what is the breakdown timing?

Also, are the bulbs easily available?

What are the variation and consistency of the flash.

What is the recycle time at full,half blast?

Am I able to switch from the rectangle softbox to the 1.4m Octagon Softbox, how much is to top up?

Is the softbox mount standard with Bowens?
