For SMS and Email, the keypad of the RIM Blackberry 7290 can't be beat. Suits my needs, fast, reliable and a super nice screen which can be used without backlight in reasonably bright conditions, even indoors. Battery life is phenomenal... about 6-7 days on average with calls and sms use.

hmmmm wasn't there a medical survey/report saying that alot of BB users develop thumb problems after 1 or 2 years of use? forgot le..

heh anyway SE W800i doesn't have wifi.. only bluetooth n infrared.
can try waiting for the new W550i.. looks very promising..
    Supports macromedia flash even!!!!
Quoting SE's website "W550i is also an impressive 1.3 megapixel camera"

I find O2 a great phone... using the stylus for writing sms is extremely fast. Phone is pretty stable. Not too sure about mini, but I expect it to be better.

O2 mini if you fancy PDA or smart phone. If not get K750i for a respectable cam phone.

I've been whacking my phone against pillars in HK when I can't SMS or dial out it works for a while usually, so now, can't wait to get rid of it.

I don't really need a cam phone cos I hardly use the camera on my 7250i anyway. Heehee. It's no longer $150 trade in tho', now $100, SIGH.

Currently suckered at the W800I and O2 Mini design. Hehe. Nokia has no new phones for me.

i dont use my fone's cam very often, and i find the quality OKIE only. just for convenient's sake lah

hmm seems like more people opting for o2 mini. why not go down have a look later?
which service provider are you with? perhaps you could see if there's any promotion for either fones. good luck

Knight is the phone out yet?

Zahx81: My sis is using the 750i, but thought the 800i got more features (wi-fi, etc) so was leaning on the 800i.

I quote - Phone has no vibrate function. Better think twice.

Saw and tried the phone already ... ITS HUGE for a clamshell .. almost as thick as a 9500 communicator ...

O2 recently got a phone... I think its the XPhone IIm.

I'm oso tempted to get it. But den its a smartphone. I might have problems sync-ing to my iBook (which effectively is ur problem since all fellow Mac owners).
