the knobs are not from cambo..most likely a 4x5 Sinar or arca swiss with a wide angle lens..

it's not considered antique la,still got pp using it.

    hmm...

Challenging way to mount a camera......on a "bridge" high up there....with strond winds and...the big surface area of the camera parts and also the extended tripod.....

I have seen personally ppl with these camera in the field and the tripod is really large...larger then me.....
Image output....wooohhoo!!!! Power!!!...Mr BI Mah from Markins showed me his collection and ....i understand why he use the Large format....

Gosh, he's got one of the pod legs outside the railing and so close to the edge. A little piece of garment tied to the head isn't going to help save the camera should leg go over the edge. Expensive gamble imo.

Last time almost every commercial studio has one, but most people will use field camera for outdoor, you should see a 8x10 studio camera and enlarger, that is really awesome.

Yes, it is the Arca Swiss 'Dicovery' (yellow knobs) 4x5 cam., intro version for the F-line alot cheaper than the F-line for just a little less convenience: both focusing panels are not geared......

Kex should know the 'power' of these cameras.........and many others here on Clubbiesnapper

It is not heavy (all is relative), about 2.5 KG, there are heavier ones like the Horseman L series: at least 5 KG!

Now you know one can not be blown away with these heavy metal stuff!

The largest LF camera ive seen was in east coast

the camera and tripod were about the size of a traffic light, albeit a shorter one. I was thinking it was probably an 8x10 view camera.
