Manual focussing screens for EOS3

I'm thinking of getting an aditional focussing screen to aid me in manual focussing.
I understand there is a Split Focusing Screen Ec-CII. Would like inputs from Clubsnappers who have used this before. It is as good as those manual focussing cameras like FM2 or those medium format TLRs?

it is EC-B for split screen and EC-L for Cros split screen. It is very usefull when you do manual focusing, esp. if you use other germany manual lens, i use for all my 1 series and eos3 as well.
