The Sanyo AAA 900mAh batts are listed as $6 on the 3rd page but $8 on the first page. Anybody can confirm which is correct?

Never did.

Another thing is the poor knowledge of the temp staffs, worst is they want to act wise.
I was wrongly charged extra for free cable (when I purchase a battery pack), and then the cable given to me was a wrong one.
Understand the sale gal may not know much abt the cable, I saw the plug and confirm with two staffs both tell me its can be used with my PSP.
Looking at the cable, I can't believe it can be used at all. Lucky I checked, true enuff, wrong cable was given. Waited another 5mins for them to dig up the right cable.

Lucky I encounter better service from the regular chaps @ the peninsular shop, if not this the last time I buy anything from them.

Had to wait for sometime and still no one served me. Mind you, store was almost empty. Finally the guy who served me gave me such a look.... Want to buy also have no more mood already. KNN... told myself will never go there again after 3rd time...

This shop service same as a 2nd hand camera shop on 1st floor, which I decline to name. Do I need to wear coat and tie in order to be served?? Thinking about it make me very TL.

My experience runs counter to jamestan's ... I've gotten nothing but courteous service from them, all the way back to the days when they were still at Pico Art Center and Daniel did the "distribution" during SEEDs. There were days when the shop's packed and you need to catch someone's eye, but to me at least, that's to be expected, even for the larger stores.

Customer service is a continuous process, and they're doing the right thing by asking for feedback to see how this can be improved ... even the best of us have our "off" days, the key is to ensure it doesn't impact the customer.
