Default Where to buy minolta battery for digicam?
I'm using a digicam actually, and just wondering where I can buy the battery that is used for Minolta? My battery's life is getting so short and weak...

Depends on whether you want the original of 3rd party batteries. For me, 3rd party batteries are much much cheaper and works fine for me. East Gear at Peninsular Plaza is fine as Don mentioned, so is TKFoto at Shaw Towers...

Which digicam model particularly? NP-400 (used by Ax, 5D/7D) is selling at $30++, only fraction of 1st party batt.

I bought a NP-400 from east gear, i think roughly cost around $25 to $30, can't remember how much actully. it wouldn't cost u anything to get a third party battery though.

During Comex, I went to Eastgear booth to buy. They say they never bring in the particular model for Comex to sell. SO I gotta go down to Eastgear by myself. I asked for the price of the battery though.

So I went to Eastgear yesterday (friday). The Comex guy told me its abt $23... but yest when I went by the shop to get, another guy said its 24.95. Then when I mentioned that the Comex guy told me its cheaper than 24.95, the shop guy immediately gave me $24.

After paying for the battery, I told him, actually what the Comex guy quoted to me was lower that $24. He was shocked. But heck.

u should tell him that guy quoted 23... anyway they give u a 95cents off is quite good liao, cos never did i get discount from them, even thou i buy like 2 batteries and a charger... the guy say FIX PRICE... bo pian... i guess looks does matter...

U mean u got ask them, they say fixed price huH?
But I think they didnt give me a discount lah, just because they gave me at the Comex price.

eastgear charged me cheaper cos i enquired abt it @ comex wat... they nv gimme discount la..
