    Why not?

Pool dominated, henry and pires looked like they are not playing. Xabi are spraying passes at 100% accuracy.

Arse were only able to make occasional forays through Lundberg.

But I guess I know whay you mean. Lehmann was never tested despite our dominance save for a almost own goal. Penalty was undeserved. Moro was slow or off balanced EVERYTIME. Fowler's tummy showed.....

    I do hope they score.....

    Agreed about Mori,

he was almost as frustrating to watch as Heskey .

Wouldn't be smiling now if not for the late goal.

amazed that we got some 13 or is it 18 corners and none of them were memorable nor was any of them effective!

Arsenal, like manutd the last time round(@old trafford?)only got a corner in the dying mins of the game.
it seems to suggest we're pressing them real hard and pinning them back. next season might be a better season for us all.

surprised to see Luis Garcia playing bit part role lately. we need a right winger. stevie should move to the center of the midfield!

the boys should be more daring and take more pot-shots at goal!

i was surprised to see Pires being substituted in the 2nd half. he was in the arsenal team for this match? hahaha

it'll be interesting to read what tohari paijan and gang from the NewPaper has to say abt this victory. sour-puss!

fowler needs to work on his match fitness, otherwise, i'm very impressed with his off-the-ball running. morientes looks like a lost lamb. some of the best chances in the game and he can buang them all!

I thought SG looks tired. In the 2nd half, don't see a lot of chasing back by the pool players but though Arsenal was just waiting for the front two to produce magic as well. Anyway, fustrating to watch Mori missed, missed, outrun, and outmuscled + misfired....

Stevie G is sure tired. surprised that he wasn't sub in the 2nd half.

wonder if he'll play against the devils?

can see crouch and cisse recalled to the first team for the clash with the devils.
mori... my goodness. wat a shocking display.

he has a a few days to recover which is more than adequate with his level of fitness and age. for an older player like hyypia it takes an additional day. but there's enough time before the next match.

i hope that we can conclude the match against manure around 3/4 into the match so we can rest SG for benfica during midweek.

it's good they are picking themselves back after back-to-back defeats. this shows believe.

i didn't watch the match but the stats shows the match was clearly one sided with the number of shots/corners that we've got.

for all the industrial effort that we put in, our finishing rate is appalling. we need someone up there NOW. oh damn it. the transfer windows closed already.

perhaps match @ Wigan's poor pitch took a toll.

the muddy pitch is tiring to the legs.

it was shocking to see arsenal in such dire straits. just a season ago, they were up there and mocking at us for failing to reach the top 4.

Yeah, the stats showed we dominated all right.

However I believe that the stats have blown our dominance out of proportion. While we were able dominate all quarters of the pitch, there were not many moments that lehmann was tested. A few close shave perhaps, but he never has had to many that many saves. Testament to how Moro was woeful yesterday, the keeper has had not to do much cos Moro fumbles, miskicks one time too many. We had a few shots on goals all right, but correct me, most were quite weak actually.

But all in all a well deserved victory. Henry couldn't do a thing! He had to first get past Gerrard and then Finan on the wings and if he tries to cut towards the center, he had to contend with Momo, same for Pires, invisible throughtout the game. Another invisible player was carragher, I dun remember if he was required to contribute throughout the game.

Garcia played with a sore look. Did he pick that up from Cisse? Think after Rafa's subtle warning, he has a thing or two to prove. Glad that he scored, quick to get on the rebound but it was a quality shot from Hamman that made it possible.

Lets bring on Man Utd!!!! Grudgingly, I think that they will be much more difficult than last night.

Let's hope LP puts up a good fight this Sat ag Man U and win! Still cannot get over the last min loss to them.....

The way they play, before Gracia's goal, was wondering who will be scoring.

When the strikers could not score, the midfielders stood up to be counted and scored. Then when the midfileder's could not score, up come the defenders - Hyypia to score.
Was wondering if the defenders cannot score next, do we need Dudek to score????

When SG missed penalty, alamak, feared the worse till Gracia score.
