can 1d mk ii do IR?

Just wonder if 1d mk ii can do IR as i did not see any 1 series camera being listed in the IR camera list.

Search the web and you find that there are a few pro who do IR with 1D body, infact Amateur Photographer -UK base magazine has the IR work of a pro running 1D & Medium Format! ................many months or years back.......can't recall...............

I dun want to spend $$$ on hoya R72 and in the end cannot get the result that i want. Hoping 1d mk ii able to capture the effect something like 20d or even better. Had tried to search the net but cannot find.
