Refurbished Lomos

apparently there has been quite a few members asking where to get the lomo lc-a, which as some of you may know has been discontinued by the society, so i thought this news is interesting to hear. the society has gathered and refurbished the world's existing stock of lomo lc-a's, meaning those wanting to get hold of this gem can still do so. FYI, the standard package comes at US200$. and add in free shipping too. fabulous!

Still quite ex...hmmm how much is a brand new 1 in sg? Heard its 350 - 400?

well the truth is that it's very difficult to buy a new one in s'pore. and considering the camera price has been marked up (due to the discontinuation), yeah i guess you would easily fork out that amount. imo, the standard package is very value-for-money as it comes with an extra colorsplash flash along with the 'original' items package.

Ughhh. I hate what they've done with the Lomo! They make it so expensive for a crappy cheap camera. I mean, I really like the pictures they produce, but they've made it so overpriced that it became some kind of snob cult culture!! Grr
